The method of energy balancing of the human body's pulsemetric states

Objective of the study is to theoretically substantiate the method of energy balancing of the system of pulsometric states of the human body engaged in recreational or adaptive physical culture.
Methods and structure of the study. A theoretical analysis was carried out, summarizing the data from scientific publications, statistical and rank analysis of data on heart rate.
Results and conclusions. The method of energy balancing of the pulsometric state system (SPS) is an integrated complex that includes a criterion-algorithmic system of equations, a balancing algorithm, and a protocol for collecting, processing, and interpreting daily heart rate data. The purpose of the method is to restore and maintain the energy homeostasis of an organism engaged in recreational or adaptive physical culture through the development and implementation of personalized physical activity standards. The method is based on the principles of thermodynamics, and the criterion-algorithmic system of equations provides an analysis of the ATP for the purposeful regulation of its energy balance. In the context of the existing classifications of the functional state (FS), this method can be attributed to the methods of the energy approach in the study of FS, methods of optimizing FS with indirect effects, methods of physical control of FS and physiological methods of assessing FS.
