Effectiveness of students' performance of the GTO standard "16 kg kiga jump" after introducing the specialization "Kiga sport"

Objective of the study is to determine the degree of influence of the specialization "Kettlebell lifting" on improving the level of physical fitness of students.
Methods and structure of the study. The following research methods were used to solve the problems of the work: literature review, mathematical processing of research results, and information collection. In this paper, using the example of data on passing the TRP standards for lifting weights of 16 kg, an analysis of the dependence of the results on the introduction of specialization is carried out.
Results and conclusions. The results of the study indicate the positive impact of the Kettlebell Lifting specialization strategy on improving the overall level of physical development of students.
