The purpose of the study to determine the degree of influence of Physical education classes on the psycho-emotional state of students.
Methods and organization of research. The following research methods were used to solve problems at different stages: literature review,the survey, SAN method (well-being, activity, mood), mathematical processing of research results, information collection.
Research results and conclusions. Training sessions in the discipline of "Physical culture" contribute to the improvement of the psycho-emotional state of students.
