Objective of the study aims to determine the kinematic and electromyographic parameters that characterize the movements of a wrestler during a competitive exercise. These parameters are considered as criteria for an operational assessment of the degree of compliance of the performed movements with the requirements of competitive activity, which will optimize the selection and development of specialized training tools.
Methods and structure of the study. The kinematic and electromyographic characteristics of a mas wrestler's movements during a competitive exercise were studied using specialized equipment. EMG activity of muscles (m.vastus lateralis, m.vastus medialis, m.rectus femoris, m. biceps femoris, m. tibialis, m. soleus, m. gastrocnemisu medialis) was recorded using the Biosoft Video Analysis hardware and software package. Reflective markers were installed to analyze the kinematics of the joints (hip, knee, ankle, metatarsophalangeal, shoulder, elbow and wrist).
Results and conclusions. In the course of the study, the kinematic and electrical parameters that determine the structure of a competitive wrestling match were identified. The analysis of the phases of the "sitting deadlift" attack technique made it possible to establish a list of key muscles involved in its implementation, as well as to determine the specifics of their work and their role in ensuring the effectiveness of competitive movement.
