Development of professionally important physical qualities of students of the Institute of Social Engineering by means of minivolley

Objective of the study is to identify the influence of the game of mini–consoles on the development of professionally important physical qualities of students of the Institute of Social Engineering.
Methods and structure of the study. Methodology and organization of research. In order to identify professionally important physical qualities of students, 19 teachers of the Department of Physical Education and the Institute of Social Engineering of the SibGU named after M.F. Reshetnev took part in the survey. The study involved 30 2nd-year students of the Institute of Social Engineering (ISI) of the Sibgau named after M.F. Reshetnev. The control group consisted of 15 female students in the areas of training 44.03.01 "Pedagogical education" and 39.03.02 "Social work", the experimental group (EG) consisted of 15 female students in the field of training 45.03.02 "Linguistics". The students of the control group (CG) were engaged in volleyball and basketball programs, while the students who are part of the EG were trained in the game of "mini-basketball" for 36 hours in each of the two semesters.
Results and conclusions. It has been established that the professionally important physical qualities necessary for the future professional activity of ISI students include coordination, speed abilities and general endurance. The study experimentally proved the effectiveness of using the means of playing mini-consoles in PPFC classes for the development of coordination and speed abilities, as professionally important physical qualities of ISI students. The authors proposed to supplement the curriculum of the PPFC discipline for ISI students with classes using the means of playing mini-consoles in the amount of 72 hours.
