Objective of the study was to systemic analysis of the factors of success of neurobiofeedback on the β-rhythm of the brain in athletes of various training orientations.
Methods and structure of the study. The scientific work involved young athletes (n=78, aged 18-22 years), divided into 5 groups by sports. The functional state of the athletes was studied based on heart rate variability, central hemodynamics, psychophysiological indicators, and brain rhythm parameters.
Results and conclusions. The results of the system analysis of the factors of success of neurobiofeedback on β-training in athletes showed that the training had the most favorable effect on athletes of cyclic and complex-coordination sports. The positive changes that occurred in them consisted in its greater specialization and the allocation of a separate factor of brain rhythms, which indicates a decrease in the functional stress of the bodys systems and an improvement in brain functions associated with attention and achieving a state of optimal functioning. In other groups (speed-strength and game types, martial arts), a large number and level of relationships between the functional systems of the body continue to remain after training. The data obtained indicate the need for further research on the specialization of β-training in athletes of various disciplines.
