Objective of the study was to development and theoretical substantiation of a model for the formation of sports culture in young athletes through overcoming psychosocial deficiencies using digital technologies.
Methods and structure of the study. The research was conducted on the basis of the SDYUSHOR PPO JSC «Gomselmash» with the participation of 30 tennis players. Validated methods were used to assess psychological (TEQ, TEIQue-ASF, SIS), cognitive (MTS, CFI), social parameters (CART-Q, questionnaires), competitive values (SOQ) and technological readiness (TRS). Statistical processing included descriptive, correlation, factor, cluster and regression analyses.
Results and conclusions. The following psychosocial deficiencies were identified: low emotional intelligence (18%), gender imbalance in cognitive skills (55,5% of boys versus 32% of girls), hypercontrol of parents (70% of girls), and directive practices of coaches. A modular model for the formation of sports culture through adaptive management of the training process using AI algorithms, gender-adaptive simulations, and cloud platforms was developed. The model ensures personalization through the correction of coaches communication, digital self-regulation tools, and dynamic adaptation of the load. A theoretical justification for an increase in the quality of coaches communication by 25-30% and in the cognitive performance of athletes by 15-20% is given. Prospects include testing the model in team sports with an emphasis on group dynamics.

Keywords: sports culture, psychosocial deficiencies, digital technologies, young athletes, training process.
