Developmental potential of chat bots in the process of gymnasts training

Objective of the study was to develop an algorithm and implement a virtual assistant in the form of a chat bot into the training process for theoretical training of gymnasts.
Results and conclusions. The article presents the structure of a virtual assistant in the form of a chatbot for theoretical training of gymnasts, its development stages and functions. The interaction between the user and the virtual assistant is carried out through a dialog interface based on the created decision tree with response generation algorithms. The virtual assistant is represented by animated chatbot characters explaining information about assigning ranks, titles, and referee categories in an audiovisual format. The structure of the chatbot consists of a seven-step algorithm for each category of the users request. The main functions of our chatbot are intentional, media communication, training, personalization and control.
