Introduction. A positive change in hemodynamic parameters, as a marker of successful recovery of the body, is achieved after a power load with the help of various massages. At the same time, it is the easy-to-use deep massage techniques on a myofascial roller simulator that effectively stimulate blood circulation and promptly transport nutrients to organs and tissues, which is especially important for athletes who need rapid recovery of working capacity after prolonged strength training and a competitive day [1].
The aim of the study was to experimentally prove the effectiveness of using multicomponent myofascial release through a TreneRoll roller massager in the process of restoring the functional state of athletes engaged in weightlifting.
Methodology and organization of research. The contingent of the studied individuals consisted of athletes engaged in weightlifting at the age of 23.4 ± 1.2 years. Hemodynamic diagnostics was performed on the Neurosoft Rheo-Spectrum‑2 device, the SAN technique (well–being, activity, mood), and myofascial release of muscle groups on the TreneRoll roller simulator. Statistical data analysis was performed using the IBM SPSS program.
The results of the study and their discussion. Experimental rehabilitation measures were carried out for two weeks during the pre-competition period of preparation, after training. Complex muscle group stimulation with three "TreneRoll" modes was used: electromyostimulation, percussion, and deep massage using one's own weight. As a result, a positive dynamics of the studied parameters was recorded, as the IOC increased from 4.1±0.2 to 4.2±0.1 l/min, UOL – from 59.2±0.2 to 62.3±0.8 ml, OPSS – from 1634.2±6.2 to 1875.1±11.8 din·s/cm-5, SAD – from 100.2±0.2 mm rt. art. up to 118.1 ± 0.3, DBP – from 65.7 ± 0.4 to 78.2±0.3, which indicates the normalization of the functioning of the cardiovascular system, and the survey of subjective sensations confirms the physiological results, where there were changes in the score scale from 5.2 to 6.8, which indicates an improvement in the well-being of athletes.
Conclusion. Regular use of complex stimulation on the TreneRoll massager helps to improve the functional state of the cardiovascular system and increase overall performance in athletes engaged in weightlifting, which is confirmed by statistically significant changes in physiological parameters.
