Objective of the study was to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the targeted education of the personality of athletes based on the definition of the characteristics of the associated actualization of spiritual and moral qualities, their cluster and factorial co-organization.
Methods and structure of the study. During the survey with the participation of 48 athletes, an assessment was made of the personal significance of spiritual and moral qualities and their subsequent organization.
Результаты исследования и выводы. Based on the features of the conjugate actualization of spiritual and moral qualities in young athletes, their cluster and factor co-organization, the pedagogical conditions of their targeted education are identified, the list of which includes: understanding the fact that spiritual and moral supports are selective in content, specific, few in number, personally determined, and the assignment of a new quality as a value-regulatory basis of behavior occurs in a prolonged manner; taking into account the continuity of their sequentially ascending co-organization in clusters; harmonizing definition of pedagogical ideas that reveal spiritual and moral quality, meaningfully reflecting significant factors; collective sports activities for the targeted education of personal qualities of direct target and indirect educational influence of the personality of one athlete on another; the process of purposefully organized education of qualities and manifestations of personality in activities and interactions.
