Objective of the study was to assess the severity of the bodys reaction to football in adolescents with imbecility.
Methods and structure of the study. Adolescent boys with imbecility, 29 in number, formed two groups. One consisted of 15 people who began football training, the other included 14 people who refused to play sports. They were all observed for six months. The testing method and statistical processing method were used.
Results and conclusions. Training in the football section provided an increase in physical capabilities and increased resistance to fatigue in adolescents. All those training increased their endurance, making it possible to perform a certain amount of load. Football training provided an enrichment of the number of learned movements in adolescents, an increase in speed and strength capabilities, as well as the development of coordination.

Keywords: adolescents, sports, football, physical abilities, motor parameters, imbecility.
