The relationship between the level of development of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of motor fitness of student swimmers

Objective of the study was to determination of the level of manifestation of motor abilities of student swimmers in water and on land.
Methods and structure of the study. The pedagogical experiment was conducted at the department of physical education of the Moscow state university of management. Examination of students on a number of tests with subsequent passing of standards in water and on land allowed to identify those that most influence the functional system of the body and the increase in the result of swimmers.
Results and conclusions. The manifestation of motor abilities of student swimmers during test exercises in water and on land are presented as a ratio of individual characteristics of strength, speed and other physical qualities. In the process of performing swimming and running exercises in combination with strength characteristics, coordination abilities were demonstrated. «Sense of rhythm», «Sense of distance» were noted in swimming and running through pedagogical observations.
