Objective of the study: To develop a method for monitoring and assessing the functional reserves of cardiac and skeletal muscles using the integrated mobile system of the web application «Mobile Laboratory».
Methods and structure of the study: The study of the functional reserves of the physiological systems of the athletes' bodies was conducted at the Yelabuga Institute of Kazan Federal University with the participation of students involved in cross-country skiing and belt wrestling.
Results and conclusions: The article presents the structural components of the integrated mobile system of the web application «Mobile Laboratory» for monitoring the functional reserves of the physiological systems of the body of student athletes (ski racers, belt wrestlers). A method for monitoring and assessing the functional reserves of the cardiac and skeletal muscles has been developed, which consists in obtaining and collecting information on the functional state of the heart and skeletal muscles of athletes, taking into account the specifics of the sport.
Keywords: mobile laboratory, methods, functional reserves, heart, skeletal muscles, athletes.
