Dynamics of movement of athletes' centers of gravity in the process of preparing over the head throws Hikikomi-gaeshi

Objective of the study was to identify the features of changes in the projections of speeds and accelerations of the athletes’ centers of gravity in the process of preparing Hikikomi-gaeshi in the conditions of a competitive fight.
Methods and structure of the study. To conduct the experiment, a video recording was taken from the YouTube video hosting site. Part of the video recording, in which a throw was carried out in a competitive fight, was divided into cyclograms. Using the PaintBrash program, the centers of gravity of the feet, legs, hips, forearms, shoulders, torso and head of each athlete were placed on each cyclogram, and then the coordinates of the center of gravity were calculated. Using the Ecxel program, the lengths of the projections of the movements of the centers of gravity of the attacking and attacked athletes on the coordinate axes were calculated, and then the projections of the velocities and accelerations of the centers of gravity.
Results and conclusions. The authors found that in the studied version of the preparation of the Hikikomi-gaeshi throw, features of the biomechanical characteristics of Tori’s movements during the attack were identified. The dynamics of the movement of the center of gravity immediately before the throw among athletes are of the same nature, since the direction of changes in the projections of their speeds and accelerations coincide. It is concluded that it is advisable to include exercises with variable spatio-temporal characteristics of the movement of the center of gravity into the training process.
