Some features of the relationship of age and physical qualities: analysis of implementation GTO complex

Objective of the study was to assess the influence of age on the development of physical qualities of men and women from 25 to 80 years old based on the results of testing the GTO complex.
Methods and structure of the study. The collected data was analyzed using machine learning methods. The dynamics of the level of physical fitness was determined, which linearly (R2 = 0.9 – 0.5) decreases from the young to the elderly. Calculated models of age dynamics can indirectly characterize the rate of aging of an individual.
Results and conclusions. Calculated models of age dynamics based on paired linear correlation can indirectly characterize the rate of aging of an individual based on the results of testing the GTO complex with its assignment to one group or another, but this requires additional research and clarification.
The results of the study show the need for a differentiated approach to assessing the level of preparedness of older and older people, taking into account their experience of physical activity in the previous period of life.
