Professional competencies of specialists in an inclusive physical culture and sports environment of a university

Objective of the study was to identify the experience of professional activities of university teachers and trainers with students with disabilities and the request of specialists to develop special competencies in this field of activity.
Methods and structure of the study. A sociological online survey of sports club teachers and coaches (n=82) was conducted at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
Results and conclusions. Analysis of the survey showed the pedagogical experience of respondents with students with disabilities (54%), revealed the request of respondents to develop special competencies for working in a physical culture and sports environment, including in an inclusive one.
