Development of coordination abilities of humanities universities students

Objective of the study was to identify the effectiveness of using fitness technologies for the development of coordination abilities in physical education classes with students at universities in the humanities.
Methods and structure of the study. The pedagogical experiment was conducted for 6 months from October 2022 to March 2023, in which students from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow) took part. Two groups of young men of 12 people each were formed. Control tests were carried out before and after the experiment. During physical education classes, the coordination of movements of students in the experimental group was developed with special exercises, and in the control group, using generally accepted methods.
Results and conclusions. It has been established that in order to develop the coordination abilities of students in physical education classes, it is advisable to use various modern fitness technologies, such as: recreational gymnastics, step aerobics, cheerleading, etc.
