Point-rating system for evaluating students’ activities during the process of mini-football classes

Objective of the study was to consider and justify the component structure of the point-rating system for assessing the activities of students in the process of playing mini-football at a university.
Methods and structure of the study. The scientific work was carried out on the basis of the Department of Physical Education of the Moscow Polytechnic University and the Department of Modern Health Technologies and Adaptive Physical Culture of the State University of Education. Based on the practical experience of the departments, the structure and content of the final certification of students based on the chosen sport (futsal) have been developed, aimed at organizing effective work during the semester and academic year with an objective assessment of skills and knowledge.
Results and conclusions. The structure of the point-rating system for assessing the activities of students during mini-football classes at a university presented in the article includes the following components: results of the control week (midterm control on November 15 and April 15) 40 points; assessment of the student’s work during the academic semester – 30 points; final test results for the entire course – 30 points. This approach allows for a comprehensive approach to the analysis of individual motor, mental and physical development of students, which forms a stable basis for further improvement of the educational process in the subject “Physical Education” based on the chosen sport - mini-football.
