Objective of the study was to determine the influence of physical training technology, based on taking into account body features, on physical performance, motor readiness and autonomic regulation of the heart of female students.
Methods and structure of the study. Body types of female students were determined using the Shtefko-Ostrovsky method. To assess the effectiveness of the technology, a set of methods was used to determine physical fitness, physical performance and heart rate variability. During the study, two groups were used: an experimental group (118 female students), who studied in accordance with the requirements of the technology, and a control group (105 female students), who chose motor modes that did not meet the requirements of the technology.
Results and conclusions. The study of the impact of physical training technology on various components of the physical state of female students showed its high effectiveness, as evidenced by the fact that absolutely all analyzed indicators in the experimental group had a positive increase. Moreover, in 76.9% of cases, significant increases in indicators characterizing the autonomic regulation of the heart, aerobic performance, development of flexibility, speed-strength qualities, general and strength endurance were revealed.
