Introduction. The modern process of sports training is intensive. This is primarily due to the constant growth of sports results, high competition between athletes, coaches and states. One of the main tasks of a sports coach is to see, identify and prevent overtraining of his pupils in time.
The purpose of the study is to identify the level of indicators of the functional state of athletes engaged in mini–football, to determine the direction of the further training process and the amount of load.
Methodology and organization of the study. The study involved 17 female athletes engaged in mini-football, the experience of classes – from 7 to 10 years, having a sports classification of the II and I category. To assess the functional readiness of the body of football players, the following indicators were used: heart rate at rest sitting and blood pressure, also at rest sitting. These indicators are very informative, simple and accessible for system control. On the basis of the functional diagnostic laboratory of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Siberian Federal University, a survey of the above-mentioned sports team was conducted.
The results of the study and their discussion. The functional examination of female athletes engaged in mini-football showed the following results: increased heart rate (HR) in 90% of female athletes (more than 76 beats / min), increased blood pressure – in 20% of female athletes (more than 135/90) and low blood pressure – in 30% (100/70 and below). Overtraining is observed in 50% of athletes – this is an increased pulse and blood pressure at rest while sitting. These negative functional indicators are observed in athletes who have only II and I sports categories.
Conclusion. The results of the functional examination showed that there is a tendency of functional overload of athletes, and therefore it is urgently necessary to make adjustments to the content of the training process.
The study is carried out by the scientific group of the project "Cardiology Laboratory for High-performance sports with an assessment of the degree of sudden cardiac death of athletes, taking into account cardiac rhythm and conduction disorders, remodeling of the heart muscle, myocardial reserve, exercise tolerance and blood pressure variability", with the assistance of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Fund for Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activities.
