Difficulties in filling vacancies for specialists in the labor market in the field of physical culture and sports of the Russian Federation

Objective of the study was to identify and comparatively analyze the problems of filling vacancies for specialists in various types of organizations operating in the field of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation.
Methods and structure of the study. A survey was conducted of representatives of organizations and executive bodies of state power operating in the field of physical culture and sports, conducted annually in the period 2020-2022 in the regions of the Russian Federation. In just three years, more than eight thousand respondents took part in the surveys - heads and representatives of the personnel services of organizations, executive bodies of state power, operating in the field of physical culture and sports. The study was conducted using specialized software and a web survey service developed by the staff of the FSBI SPbNIIFK to collect information, process and analyze the results using a cloud database.
Results and conclusions. The main difficulties in filling vacancies for specialists of various qualifications in organizations of physical culture and sports of various types are determined, according to representatives of personnel services; presents the relative importance of emerging difficulties such as the lack of candidates, wage levels, working conditions, employers' qualifications and the presence of competition; differences in the priorities of the significance of the reasons for the rejection of applicants when hiring specialists with experience and graduates of educational institutions were revealed.
