Application of interactive technologies in physical education of technical university students

Objective of the study was to substantiate the use of interactive technologies in the physical education of students of a technical university.
Methods and structure of the study. 232 full-time students of the 1st-4th courses of the Don State Technical University took part in the experiment. The study provided for the use of an interactive sports complex, including special equipment that combines popular sports, educational technologies and a sensory wall.
Results and conclusions. It is noted that the use of an interactive physical culture complex contributes to a significant increase in energy capabilities, a positive emotional background (mood), as well as the formation of motives focused on success and overcoming failures by the end of university studies (4th year). The data obtained confirm the thesis about the expediency of using interactive technologies in the physical education of students of a technical university, which allows us to recommend its use as an effective pedagogical approach.
