Introduction. Currently, the training of acting students at the university is focused on a universal professional with skills in the field of various arts and sports, which requires an actor to have high both general physical and professionally oriented motor coordination readiness, optimal development of functional systems of the body and health.
The purpose of the study is to determine the main means of motor coordination training of actors at the university from the standpoint of their combined impact for the effective solution of professionally significant educational and recreational tasks.
Methodology and organization of the study. In the course of the work, the means of motor and coordination training of actors were determined: rhythmic gymnastics of a plot-role character (according to the idea of N.A. Fomina); plastic sketches and compositions; breathing gymnastics by A.N. Strelnikova; oriental wellness practices: sets of exercises of Japanese (according to K. Nishi) and Tibetan gymnastics ("Eye of Rebirth"); stretching; bodyflex; psychoemotional articular gymnastics and for the spine according to the method of M.S. Norbekov.
The results of the study and their discussion. On the basis of the dominant effect, the funds were grouped into three groups: rhythmoplastic, wellness and developmental-correctional. The first group includes rhythmic gymnastics and plastic etudes-compositions, the second – respiratory gymnastics and oriental practices, the third – stretching, bodyflex, articular gymnastics and for the spine. Rhythmic gymnastics complexes based on the plots of fairy-tale musicals include two subgroups of means – a variety of physical, sports and dance exercises; to create artistic images (elements of pantomime, gestures, poses, facial expressions). To enhance the conjugate effect on the basis of the method of A.N. Strelnikova, musical-rhythmic complexes of respiratory gymnastics of coordination-dance and power orientation have been developed. When performing Japanese and Tibetan gymnastics complexes, functional music sounds. Articular gymnastics for the spine is also performed using artistic images (according to M.S. Norbekov "on thought and image"). All means are presented in the work programs of the disciplines "Physical training" and "Stage movement".
Conclusions. As a result of the study, the main groups of means were identified that provide a conjugate effect on the physical and psycho-emotional sphere, for solving professionally significant educational and recreational tasks of motor coordination training of actors at the university.
