Objective of the study was to study the effect of minimal doses of creatine monohydrate on biochemical parameters after a test load.
Methods and structure of the study. The experiment involved football players from the EG, who took the drug creatine monohydrate, and athletes from the CG, who took placebo.
Results and conclusions. It has been shown that long-term use of creatine monohydrate at a dose of 0.1 g/kg in terms of muscle mass has a positive ergogenic effect on the biochemical parameters and physical performance of football players.

Keywords: biochemical parameters, creatine monohydrate, lactate, creatinine, CPK, football players, test load.
