Readiness for self-development of the student: cultural aspect of interaction in the digital educational environment

Objective of the study was to analyze the results of the student's readiness for self-development in the cultural aspect of interaction in the digital educational environment of the university.
Methods and structure of the study. The students of Yelets State University named after I.A. Bunin: 111 students of the sports profile of training, who made up the experimental group, 34 students enrolled in educational programs of bachelor's and master's programs in psychological and pedagogical profile, who were included in the control group.
Results and conclusions. The concept of "student's readiness for self-development" has been clarified, taking into account the cultural aspect of interaction in a digital educational environment; new aspects were revealed in the components of the student's readiness for self-development; functions are presented; indicators have been identified, the levels of readiness for self-development have been clarified, and their diagnostics have been performed. The results of the study complement the modern model of environmental, anthropological approaches to pedagogical ideas of the influence of cultural values on the self-development of the individual.
