Objective of the study was to present a review-theoretical analysis and synthesis of information on the problem of specifying the criteria for the physical readiness of a specialist, as well as the classification of scientific views on the content of the threshold of its range in the aspects of cross-adaptation and cross-sensitization.
Methods and structure of the study. In the course of work on the article, methods of theoretical and system analysis and synthesis of information, regulatory, legal, statistical and scientific sources on the research topic, as well as analytical forecasting, were used.
Results and conclusions. The article formulates the problem and develops a partial classification of scientific views of the internal structure of the specialist's physical readiness for activity, suggesting the necessary threshold for reaching the boundaries of cross-adaptation, and then - the unlimited potential of the transitional stages of cross-sensitization to reach the limits of the body's human capabilities.
