Teaching anti-doping culture to sports industry professionals

Introduction. In recent years, doping has been actively used in sports activities to stimulate performance, mental state, for medical purposes, etc. In this regard, there is a problem of retraining specialists in the field of sports activities in the field of anti-doping culture.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the structure of the curriculum "Specialist in anti–doping culture of sports activity" for workers in the field of physical culture and sports in the framework of retraining courses.
Methodology and organization of the study. In the course of scientific work, a survey was conducted of coaches, athletes and other specialists of sports-oriented organizations in Krasnoyarsk to identify knowledge in the field of doping, which showed that, in general, coaches and athletes have not formed an anti-doping culture, many of them do not have well-formed ideas about which means relate to doping. Based on the results of the survey and the analysis of scientific and regulatory literature, a training program "Specialist in anti-doping culture of sports activity" was developed in the amount of 400 hours.
The results of the study and their discussion. The table shows the thematic structure of the program.
Conclusion. The developed program for retraining of workers of physical culture, sports and medicine will allow to train qualified specialists in the field of anti-doping culture, who will form the necessary knowledge and skills among the population to protect against doping and its counteraction.
