Comprehensive methodology for measuring health indicators

Introduction. Currently, an increasing number of people use various methods of self-diagnosis of health. In this regard, it becomes relevant to teach the subject "Physical Culture" with an emphasis on teaching the younger generation practical skills and skills to measure health indicators and its reserves using technical devices, by performing calculations and evaluation operations.
The purpose of the study is to develop a comprehensive methodology for measuring, calculating and evaluating human health indicators.
Methodology and technology of research organization. A comprehensive methodology for measuring health indicators has been developed, which has been introduced into the educational process and has been tested within the framework of the academic subject "Physical Culture" at the Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov.
The results of the study and their discussion. When developing a comprehensive methodology for measuring health indicators, three groups of indicators were taken into account: physical development (FR), functional state (FS) and physical fitness (AF) [1].
The technological stages of measurements are as follows:
Representation of the table of actual measurements in the Exsel program. The first section: Full name, date of birth, gender. The second section: FR indicators: height in cm, weight in kg, OGK at rest, on inspiration, on exhalation in cm, WEL in milliliters, brush strength in kg. The third section of the FP: flexibility in cm, running speed at 30, 60, 100 m / s, pull-ups, push-ups, the number of times, lifting the trunk from the supine position, the number of times in 1 min, endurance running at 2 and 3 km min / s, long jump from a place in cm and other physical qualities. The fourth section of the FS: blood pressure, DM and DD, heart rate at rest, after exercise, after 1 min of recovery, bpm, breath retention on inhalation, exhalation in C. The fifth section: the level of knowledge, assessed on a 5-point scale.
Determination of the list of devices and instruments for measuring indicators: height meter, floor scales, wrist dynamometer, spirometer, tonometer, stopwatch, measuring tape, etc. Sequential filling of all sections of the table with actual information.
Calculation stage: performing calculations according to the formulas and instructions given in the methodology.
Evaluation stage.
Conclusion. The proposed methodology, which has been tested in the educational process, provides an extensive information base for assessing the effectiveness of the impact of physical culture and sports activities on the harmonious development of personality, on the preservation and strengthening of human health. The technology of measurement and calculations forms the knowledge and skills of measurement and calculation operations, which will allow anyone engaged in physical culture and sports or preparing to pass the TRP standards to determine the effectiveness of their physical activity.
