Polyfunctional fitness technology of physical education of students of managerial specialties

Objective of the study was to develop and substantiate a polyfunctional fitness technology of physical education, which allows for the integrative formation of general and professional competencies of management students.
Methods and structure of the study. A comprehensive multicomponent approach was used with the involvement in the experimental work of a wide contingent of students of various specialties of a managerial profile. On the basis of professiograms, the possibilities of fitness areas as a unified means of students' physical education were evaluated. A predictive technological model has been developed, correlated with the competence clusters of the educational standard of a management university.
Results and conclusions. The versatile nature of the educational process in physical education actualizes the use of polyfunctional fitness technology for physical education of students of management specialties. The developed fitness technology provides a solution to promising multi-criteria training problems in a management university.
