Evaluation of the effectiveness of basic physical and sports-technical training of Chinese volleyball players in the implementation of additional training programs

The purpose of the study is to evaluate under experimental conditions the effectiveness of basic physical and sports–technical training of Chinese volleyball players in the implementation of additional training programs.
Methodology and organization of the study. The pedagogical experiment involved boys and girls from colleges and universities of Luoyang City District, Henan Province (China) in the number of 34 people, the age ranged from 17 to 22 years. Evaluation of the effectiveness of basic physical and sports-technical training of Chinese volleyball players in the implementation of additional training programs using a parallel experiment. All athletes were divided into two groups – control (KG) and experimental (EG), with 16 players each, who had no significant differences in the level of physical fitness and sports and tactical skills before the experiment. In the experimental group, the content of training sessions included the use of individual technique exercises in combination with local exercises of special physical training for players of various roles. Classes of Chinese volleyball players of the control group were built taking into account the recommendations of Russian and Chinese specialists, as well as the program of sports training of sports improvement groups for youth sports schools, sports schools.
The results of the study and their discussion. The conducted studies have shown that by the end of the formative pedagogical experiment, the volume of game actions in Chinese volleyball players KG significantly decreased by 20.8 ± 1.8 times, and in athletes EG significantly increased by 71.8 ± 6.0 times, thereby ensuring the achievement of high sports results. It was found that during the formative pedagogical experiment, Chinese EG volleyball players had a significant increase in the number of matches won with a score of 3:0 by 14.5±1.1% and a decrease in lost matches with a score of 0:3 by 20.1±1.8% (p<0.05), and KG athletes had a slight change in indicators, according to compared with the initial data (p>0.05), which indicates the high efficiency of the use of basic physical and sports-technical training in the training process of the Henan Province volleyball team (China) in the implementation of additional training programs.
Conclusion. As a result of the development and introduction into the training process of Chinese volleyball players of Henan province of basic physical and sports-technical training, including the use of specialized means and methods of forming effective motor actions for players of various roles, there was an increase in the volume of games won and a decrease in lost ones, which confirms the high effectiveness of the proposed additional training programs.
