Principle of conversion of sports technologies in health-improving physical culture

Objective of the study the aim of this research is to substantiate the conversion principle of sports technologies in health-improving physical culture.
The results and conclusions of the study show that the conversion principle in the methodology of health-improving physical culture is based on the implementation of a system of training and educational effects in the health-improving practice of different population groups. The main means of practical classes is health-improving training aimed at achieving an optimal level of the body's functional state. The conversion penetration into health-improving training is related to the use of various means of active health preservation for children, young people, middle-aged and elderly people.
The conversion principle creates effective conditions for the transition from health formation to health preservation, which ensures active longevity and the development of internal harmony in humans.
