Objective of the study was to develop and experimentally prove the effectiveness of a technique that forms the dynamic and kinematic characteristics of the impact actions of boxers aged 15-16 years, through the introduction of feedback simulators.
Methods and structure of the study. The pedagogical experiment was carried out at the Municipal budgetary institution Sports and wellness center "Fortuna" in Tchaikovsky under the guidance of trainers - masters of sports of international class Fedorov Yu.A. and Stepanova M.Yu. The total number of subjects was 28 people, 14 athletes in the experimental and control groups. The age of the boxers is 15-16 years old, the training stage is the 3rd year of training, the groups are homogeneous. The main difference in the preparation of the experimental group was the availability of feedback simulators, such as: the Kicktest-100 dynamic bag, the KIT-70 control and measuring simulator (patent No. 2464061), HYKSO trackers, Polar H-10 heart monitors, BlazerPod interactive simulator. The data obtained from the simulators online made it possible to make corrections to the training plan, thereby individualizing the tasks for each athlete.
Results and conclusions. The obtained positive results allowed the authors to conclude that the use of heart monitors and feedback simulators provides an opportunity to timely register the characteristics of punching actions in different pulse zones, which gives trainers objective information for making informed decisions related to correcting a boxer's training.
