Influence of sports training standards on the development of children and youth sport

Objective of the study was to assess the impact of the introduction of sports training standards on the development of youth sports in the country and in the subject of the federation was the purpose of this study.
Methods and structure of the study. The statistical reports of 5-FK for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and the Russian Federation for 2013, 2018 and 2021 were studied.
Results and conclusions. The introduction of sports training standards, on the one hand, has led to an increase in students, an increase in the number of full-time coaches. On the other hand, the number of highly qualified athletes has decreased. Such a multidirectional dynamics of indicators that fix the state of youth sports raises many questions about the management of sports training and requires further research.
