Prevention of deviant behavior of young athletes by means of pedagogical direction

Objective of the study was to substantiate the prevention of deviant behavior of young athletes by means of pedagogical orientation.
Methods and structure of the study. Realization of the goal involved the use of a set of methods: analysis and generalization of literary sources, expert survey, questioning, methods of verbal and non-verbal communication (individual, group conversations, audio, video informing), pedagogical observation.
Results and conclusions. The reasons contributing to the manifestation of deviant behavior have been established. The main means of pedagogical orientation in the prevention of deviant behavior of athletes from among the sports reserve are determined. The analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the essence and causes of deviant behavior of athletes from among the sports reserve, the results of an expert survey, the diagnosis of manifestations of deviant behavior showed that the propensity for various deviations in the behavior of athletes is influenced by events taking place in the sports environment and Russian society as a whole. The former stereotypes of behavior are being destroyed, certain former values and rules of behavior are being called into question.
