Objective of the study was to study the influence of physical loads of different directions on the indicators of the regulation of the activity of the cardiovascular system of female students of various somatotypes.
Methods and structure of the study. The study is based on the use of the following methods for analyzing heart rate variability: statistical, spectral and variational pulsometry. The study involved 218 female students aged 18-20 attending classes in the discipline "Elective courses in physical culture and sports."
Results and conclusion. A comparative analysis of heart rate variability indicators is presented and their dynamics during the semester in female students with different body types and types of physical activity is described. It has been established that aerobic physical exercises effectively increase the total spectrum power (TP). The influence of physical activity performed in aerobic and anaerobic-aerobic regimes on the normalization of the vegetative balance and the increase in the activity of the regulatory systems of girls has been established. It was revealed that physical activity of a speed-strength nature, performed in anaerobic-aerobic mode, effectively increases sympathetic activity and humoral effects on the heart muscle in girls of muscular and thoracic somatotypes.

Keywords: body types, types of motor activity, heart rate variability, aerobic mode, anaerobic-aerobic mode.
