Preparation within three months for passing the standards for TRP contributes to the significant development of the respiratory system in young men who have started training. This leads to an increase in their volume and speed indicators of this system.
The study was carried out within the framework of Contract No. 037310011 0420000008 for the implementation of research on the topic: "Development of modern forms and methods of physical activity for involving the population in systematic physical culture and sports, taking into account the range of permissible physical activity for persons engaged in physical culture and sports, depending on age and gender" (FSBI FNC VNIIFK).
