Circular training is a more effective method of developing endurance in physical education lessons, as it allows for a high overall and motor density of the lesson, facilitates accounting, control and individual regulation of the load, affects the body comprehensively, covers several muscle groups, and also activates the participation of students in the educational process and creates conditions for preserving and strengthening the health of schoolchildren.
