The possibility of passing the TRP standards for a gold badge in adolescence implies a high level of functionality of the cardiorespiratory system. It is possible to achieve this level of lung and heart development as a result of regular physical exertion within the framework of tests used when passing the TRP standards.
The research was carried out within the framework of Contract No. 037310011042 0000008 for the implementation of research on the topic: "Development of modern forms and methods of physical activity for involving the population in systematic physical culture and sports, taking into account the range of permissible physical activity for persons engaged in physical culture and sports, depending on age and gender" (FSBI FNC VNIIFK).
