Assessment of the level of physical fitness of male teachers of the discipline «Physical Culture»

Objective of the study was to determine the level of the functional state of the main body systems of teachers of the discipline "Physical Culture" and develop recommendations for their maintenance by means of fitness.
Methods and structure of the study. The scientific experiment was carried out on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Plekhanov Russian University of Economics ", which was attended by male teachers of the discipline "Physical Culture" : 11 people aged 22-35 years and 11 people - 36-60 years old. Diagnostics was carried out using the software and hardware complex ESTECK System Complex.
Results and conclusions. As a result of the study, it was found that with increasing age in men, the functionality of the respiratory system decreases, the state of the musculoskeletal system worsens, and the body mass index increases. Based on the results of diagnostics of the ESTECK System Complex software and hardware complex, the use of the following fitness areas is recommended: for men aged 22-35 years - swimming, athletic gymnastics, powerlifting, crossfit, martial arts, step aerobics, and for men 36-60 years old.
