Direction of special physical training of air traffic management specialists taking into account professionally significant psychophysiological qualities

Objective of the study was to determine the direction of special physical training in educational institutions that train specialists of the operator profile of aviation services, based on the identification of model qualification characteristics of indicators of psychophysiological qualities of professional readiness of graduates.
Methods and structure of the study. Based on the analysis of special literature, a questionnaire survey of specialists from ground air traffic control services, a list of professionally significant psychophysical qualities was determined: attention, thinking, memory, speed in actions, coordination in accuracy of movements and methods of their development, as well as a range of model qualification characteristics of these qualities.
Results and conclusions. It has been established that the main direction in determining the methodology for conducting special psychophysical training is an integrated approach to using the means of general, special and psychophysiological training, which is based on the theory of positive and purposeful transfer from physical to special and further to psychophysiological abilities.
