Formation of economic and legal responsibility of the future trainer-teacher

Objective of the study was to theoretically substantiate and experimentally prove the importance for the future coach-teacher and the effectiveness of forming his economic and legal responsibility.
Methods and structure of the study. Experimental work was carried out on the basis of the Ural State University of Physical Culture (Chelyabinsk), as well as its branches in Yekaterinburg and Ufa. Within the framework of the study, a theoretical analysis was carried out, during which the internalization of economic and legal responsibility and the amplification of professionally important qualities in future trainers-teachers were recorded. A control experiment also took place, the result of which was the determination of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and the development of recommendations for the formation of economic and legal responsibility of the future trainer-teacher.
Results and conclusions. The authors distinguish the following structural components of the personality quality under consideration: cognitive, axiological, normative-legal and reflexive-resultative. In order to organize the process of formation of economic and legal responsibility, the future trainer-teacher developed an appropriate pedagogical model, which included target, conceptual, content, procedural, result-evaluating blocks; assumed the implementation of analytical, corrective, instrumental, criterion modules; relied on general scientific (scientific character and connection of theory with practice, consistency, subjective integration, problematic nature, conformity to nature) and specific (amplification of professional subjectivity, compatibility and complementarity of economics and law, economic conditionality and legal guarantee of professional realization, personal orientation, positive transformation) principles of formation economic and legal responsibility of the future trainer-teacher. For the effective functioning of the model of formation of economic and legal responsibility, the future trainer-teacher has pedagogical conditions.
