International competitions based on digital technologies as a condition for transformation of the system of training for the sports industry

Abstract
Objective of the study was to analyze sports projects based on digital technologies and indicate promising educational programs.
Methods and structure of the study. An analysis of the experience of implementing international projects based on digital replicas of sports made it possible to identify promising directions for the transformation of the international sports movement. The included pedagogical observation in the framework of the implementation of projects on modern biathlon made it possible to describe digital professional competencies, as well as justify the need to develop relevant educational programs for the sports industry.
Results and conclusions. An analysis of sports projects based on digital technologies is presented. Based on the experience of conducting modern biathlon, the digital professional competencies of the organizers and sports referees of competitions are presented, which combine skill in computer games and demonstrate a high level of long-term training. The prospects for the development and implementation of educational programs aimed at training personnel in the physical culture and sports sphere for effective professional activity in the context of the digital transformation of the "Physical Culture and Sports" industry are considered.
