Seasonal changes in the cardiovascular system parameters of young people with a high level of physical activity

Objective of the study was to evaluate seasonal changes in the functional parameters of the cardiovascular system of boys and girls with a high level of physical activity living in the North.
Methods and structure of the study. 48 students of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports of the Nizhnevartovsk State University were examined. Electrophysiological changes in the myocardium of young people with subsequent analysis of variance were studied using the device "CardioVisor-06s". Systolic and diastolic blood pressure was recorded with an automatic tonometer. Determination of the parameters of the cardiovascular system was carried out four times (winter, spring, summer, autumn).
Results and conclusions. In the course of the study, seasonal changes in the functional parameters of the cardiovascular system were revealed. The maximum values ​​of the integral indicator "Myocardium" in the dynamics of annual observations among the examined were noted in the spring, the minimum - in the summer, significant seasonal differences were not detected. In boys and girls, heart rate values ​​were significantly higher in winter compared to the values ​​recorded in summer and autumn. The average values ​​of the analyzed indicators of dispersion mapping, heart rate among students with a high level of physical activity during the year corresponded to the standard values. Mechanisms for providing blood pressure in physically active students were more resistant to seasonal factors, and its average indicators corresponded to the optimal ones.
