Physiological characteristics of young men who started sport walking

Sports walking can be considered an effective option for general somatic strengthening in the physically untrained. Doing it significantly activates the muscular system in adolescence. As a result of regular six-month sports walking classes, physically untrained young men have increased strength capabilities, increased speed characteristics and increased coordination and endurance.
