Abstract
Objective of the study was to scientifically substantiate the innovative methodology for conducting morning exercises in preschool educational institutions, based on the sequence of performing physical exercises, taking into account the micropumping properties of human skeletal muscles.
Methods and structure of the study. An innovative approach based on the principles of homocybernetics is proposed, according to which the following sequence of morning exercises is established: exercises for the muscles of the trunk (abdomen), for the muscles of the legs, for the muscles of the arms and shoulder girdle, for the muscles of the neck. Pedagogical research was carried out in the institution of preschool education No. 78 in Brest. It was attended by 46 children of senior preschool age. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed innovations, a survey of children of two groups of preschoolers (5-6 years old, experimental (EG) and control (CG) groups) was conducted. Before, after performing morning exercises and 3 minutes after the end of morning exercises, heart rate (HR) indicators were determined.
Results and conclusions. The results indicate the optimal effect of the performed physical exercises of morning exercises on the body of preschool children, expressed in a rational rise in the level of heart rate during the implementation of the complexes, as well as a more pronounced stabilization of the pupils' pulse 3 minutes after the completion of the exercises. The scientific and methodological feasibility of introducing the proposed sequence of exercises (for the muscles of the trunk (abdomen), muscles of the legs, muscles of the arms and shoulder girdle, neck muscles) has been proven, including due to their compliance with hygiene recommendations (Sanitary rules and norms, 2013). It is shown that the application of the developed methodology contributes to the activation of the process of physical education of preschool children and the improvement of their health indicators.
