Abstract
Objective of the study was to theoretically substantiate and prove the effectiveness of the influence of strength exercises on the development and strengthening of the musculoskeletal system of adolescents aged 13-15 years.
Methods and structure of the study. For the experiment, young men were selected, from which the control and experimental groups were formed. For a comparative analysis of the influence of strength exercises on the development and formation of the musculoskeletal system, the young men from the EG were offered sets of exercises that they did at physical education lessons. Special strength exercises were added to the main part of the lesson.
Results and conclusions. As a result of the use of strength exercises in the main part of the lesson at physical culture lessons, regardless of the topic being studied, all indicators of testing the level of physical fitness and functional state improved in boys aged 13-15. Strength-oriented exercises used during the school year at each lesson, regardless of the topic being studied, contribute to the development of musculoskeletal system in boys aged 13-15.
The bioimpedance method, which allows to control changes in body composition, is one of the most accessible methods that allows you to change the structure of a physical education lesson at school and influence the formation of schoolchildren's musculoskeletal system.

Keywords: bioimpedance method, body composition, smart scales, strength and isometric exercises, sensitive period.
