Basic aerobics facilitated technical training model for volleyball players

Abstract
Objective of the study was to test benefits of a basic aerobics facilitated technical training model for school volleyball groups.
Methods and structure of the study. The basic aerobics facilitated technical training model was tested on a sample of the 12-13-year-old volleyball players from a school sport group in Gomel (The Republic of Belarus) split up into Experimental and Control Group.
Results and conclusion. The basic aerobics facilitated technical training model was tested beneficial as verified by the physical fitness tests and the following growth in the Experimental Group technical skills: ball reception by 42.05%; overhand pass by 36.81%; serve by 25%; spikes on the ball rebounds off the floor by 29.78%; and set-and-attacks (spikes) in couples by 32.02%. The Control Group was tested with insignificant progress in these technical tests.
