Abstract
Objective of the study was to profile and analyze the elite Thai boxers’ performance by cardiac bioelectric activity tests.
Methods and structure of the study. We collected the CBA test data of the Russian national Thai boxing elite team’s (n= 37) precompetitive period prior to the 2019 World Thai Boxing Championship in Bangkok (6.07-18.07.2019). Training times and intensities of the sample were fixed online by Polar H-10 heart rate monitor with the test data processed by the Polar-Team software toolkit.
Results and conclusion. The group test data were used to make a current rating and find the individual progress facilitating and hampering factors on the way to the best fitness standards. The modern digital test system helped us objectively profile the precompetitive fitness and manage it on an individual basis for success in the 2019 World Thai Boxing Championship in Bangkok where Russia was ranked on top of the team scoreboard with its 8 gold, 8 silver and 10 bronze medals. We found the ECG monitors being beneficial for the precompetitive cardiovascular system functionality tests and for the precompetitive trainings on the whole, as they help detect the fitness peaks, plateaus and first signs of the potential fatigue and sags.

Keywords: Thai boxers, heart rate monitors, digital test systems.
