Objective of the study was to assess the current functional state of the heart of female students with different levels of physical activity for early detection of prenosological conditions.
Methods and structure of the study. The activity of the myocardium of girls with subsequent analysis of variance was studied using the device "CardioVisor-06s". 97 female students of the Nizhnevartovsk State University, Nizhnevartovsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra were examined. The subjects were divided into three groups. The first group included 30 girls with a low level of daily physical activity (PA). Students of the second group (n=40) had a moderate level of PA. The third group (n=27) included girls with a high level of PA.
Results and conclusions. Dispersive changes in the electrocardiogram made it possible to identify premorbid conditions and assess the current functional activity of the female students' myocardium. There was a decrease in the functionality of the heart of girls with a low level of physical activity, manifested in an increase in the background values of the Myocardium index and an increase in the recovery period after exercise. Female students without pathology of the cardiovascular system have an inverse relationship between the level of physical activity and the main dispersion index "Myocardium", determined both at rest and after a stress test.
