Objective of the study was to to evaluate the possibilities of technical-stabilizing exercises in the formation of a stable position of a shooter from a combat pistol in service biathlon.
Methods and structure of the study. Means of instrumental control of stabilometric parameters of the preparation of 18 qualified athletes-combatants (age - 20.7±0.75 years, body weight - 77.42±6.47 kg, height - 1.74±0.07 m, VO2max - 72, 3±2.6 ml/kg/min) the effectiveness of the developed technical and stabilizing exercises for the formation of the stability of the athlete's position when performing shooting in service biathlon was tested.
Results and conclusions. The high efficiency of technical-stabilizing exercises in development in the management of adaptation to concentrated static loads in combat shooting exercises has been established. The activating stimuli of technical-stabilizing exercises, maximally aimed at the shooter's posture stability intentions, ensure the achievement of a high level of technical preparedness and sports results of athletes in service biathlon. The increase in the area of the supporting surface, the uniform distribution of body weight, the improvement of the automatic mechanisms for holding the position have a positive effect on the postural stability of the combat pistol shooter. The totality of the current and cumulative effects associated with the improvement of the stabilometric parameters of the readiness provide an improvement in the performance indicators in shooting by increasing the accuracy of the battle and reducing the deviation of the midpoint of impact from the center of the target.

Keywords: shooting from a combat pistol, stabilometric parameters of the preparation, technical and stabilizing exercises.
